What is your return policy?
Amé Et Emy is a small handmade clothing brand and currently do not accept returns. Although we do not hold large amount of inventory, we will exchange any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 7 days of receipt of your online order - upon availability. If you do not desire an exchange, you will be issued a voucher code for the exact amount you paid to used at a later date. The code will never expire. Please send an email to Ameetemy@gmail.com to begin your exchange/code process. 

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping by using one of the following third-party couriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL (international orders).
 Your exchange will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your new order to be processed. We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements (as stated above). If your desired exchanged item is out of stock, an email will be sent and a refund will be issued or another product must be chosen.


Shipping:
Garments are made in 1-2 weeks (or sooner) and ships from Accra, Ghana using DHL Express (2-3 business days) for delivery worldwide. Orders are processed in 3-5 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
